We will need to verify your identity before we can process your request. To verify your identity and process your request, we may need your Personal Information. In certain situations, we may decline your Right to Know or Right to Request Deletion request, particularly if we cannot verify your identity.

8. Non-Discrimination.
You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights described in this California Additional Privacy Disclosure. However, if you exercise the rights described herein and limit our ability to process your Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with Services or engage with you in the same manner.

You may designate an agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf. However, for your protection we may require you to verify your identity directly to us before fulfilling such requests and require you to provide sufficient evidence to show that the requestor is your authorized agent.
